Dennis had his heart broken so he's thinking... maybe he needs to be single for awhile before rushing into a new relationship. How long is a cat-month? The Vet says a cat year is 5 human years. Dennis doesn't do math.

A cat month is just SIX human days but Dennis need not rush into a relationship if he's not ready.
Hi Dennis - maybe you would like an older woman - someone with experience and not likely to run off(run anyway actually!!!) with another. Shieko turns 20 today - I guess that is 100 - she is deaf (which could be an advantage) and on kidney and blood pressure pills, but still has a twinkle in her eye and a flick in her tail!!!!!
Give it to next Christmas. I don't know how to use a calculator.

I suck at math so that's probably the wrong answer.
I figure there are 365 days in one human year which means there are 1,825 days in one cat year (365 x 5 = 1,825). Divide that number by 12 and the sum is 152.
Which is a pretty damned long month, methinks. Certainly long enough for Dennis to lick his Daisy wounds and heal them before venturing forth into the arena of catlove again.

Hey Dennis! I just came back from the vet's office. She said I was a good weight, and not to worry about the "fat pad" on my tummy. But then she poked me with a needle. Then she stoled some of my bloods. Then she installed a microchip in my back. So, maybe you should not always trust a Vet.
I am sad that you have a broken heart. This makes my heart feel hurty. Maybe you can try learning a trick! And the good thing about learning tricks is you get lots of treats for it!

A cat year is sometimes longer, sometimes shorter. Maybe cat months are different too. I think Dennis shouldn't bother about a love affair right now. It will come as a surprise later on.
