Dennis has been too preoccupied with Daisy the Curly Cat this week. Dennis reads her blog, her commentors comments (and Daisy gets like 117 comments sometimes!) Dennis stares at pictures of Daisy. And is aware that Daisy loves some skinny cat named Skeezix.

Dennis tries to think of just the right comment to leave, but he often has to nap between 'thinking sessions'. It isn't hard to be in love over the internet. Dennis realizes he will never meet Daisy in person. Dennis worries she may be eaten by an alligator~ ( she saw one once.)
Dennis can't stop obsessing. (This has given Chedwick free reign over the windowsill zone and full eating privileges.)
Dennis is love struck.

Dennis! You Need To Paws For Thought!
We can see why you love Daisy, she is a very special girlcat.
Have a good day Dennis!
Oh! Dennis, I am blushing and blushing! I was just going through my Bloglines and I was so surprised to see ME! I am very touched and I think you are a very sweet and wonderful Mancat. Even though my heart belongs to Skeezix, I think we can be best of friends for always!
I have been waiting and waiting for your next post so I could answer your earlier question about "dilute calico" from the other day. Well, you know that a calico cat has white furs with orange and black patches, right? A dilute calico has diluted shades of those colors. So, instead of orange I have fawn, and instead of black I have blue patches.
Dennis would like to see the blue patches close up
DUDE! Yer not gonna let a scrawny
Dilute named Skeezix win, are ya?
i know it's no longer april (the month of all things poetic) but this little verse seems so appropriate.
"A mighty pain to love it is,
And 'tis a pain that pain to miss;
But of all pains, the greatest pain
It is to love, but love in vain."
poor dennis....don't be blue.
wow Dennis is impressive. How can he wrap his big paws around that tiny keyboard to leave a comment? Dennis should just go with his heart and tell Daisy how he feels. Who does not like a little praise/kindness every once in a while?
Dennis, I say: stay focused. Perhaps what's-his-name-again - Skeezix? snif- perhaps he doesn't fully appreciate Daisy and her angst over the alligator. Perhaps Daisy needs a cat totally fixated on her as in forgetting to eat and sleep and letting Chedwick get the run of the...Dennis? why are you running to the kitchen? Dennis? I think Daisy just saw an alligator!
Dennis is a fantastic animal who obviously, like all of his kind, has seven lives. I enjoyed finding him here and seeing him again tangled up in l'HB. Isn't he leading an interesting life?
He seems in great health!
Who would've thunk?
well they say those long distant realtionships never work out anyway Dennis. ~The FLuffy Tribe
Dennis sounds like he needs a night on the tiles with some serious caterwauling.
Gee, I've never heard it termed as "dilute" before. I always thought the muted shades of a calico cat (or a collie) were referred to "pastel."
I like dilute.
You're a beautiful cat, Daisy.
Bob would have a big fat crush on you if he didn't already have a big fat crush on Elmo.
Meanwhile, poor Dennis. Even love ain't panning out for you. Poor guy. Bob would love you, probably. You look so much like Elmo. I think Bob has a thing for tuxedo cats.
Dennis could write a poem to Daisy. Females love poetry. They always love to hear (read) that they are beauties. Go on Dennis! Try your chance!
Uh oh. Dennis has got it bad.
Dennis,nothing ventured,nothing gained ;)
Heh,heh,heh !
Purrs Mickey
daisy looks very sweet
Chedwick must be very happy about the present state of affair
Dennis, how can you be obsessed with a cat even lovely and having a so nice given name (you know of course that "Daisy" means in fact "Marguerite"), you must admit that it must surely be a human, maybe a male human !
The only true cats I know are Chedwick and you Dennis.
Have a nap peacefully as often as you need and try to find a real cat in your nearby surrounding.
;o)
(I must add that I'm not really a daisy...)
Be strong Dennis. Girl cats are like busses. Sometimes they crash into trees.
