Oh Dennis, you are so creative! I am going to write a poem for you now, too:
While cheese sticks in the tummy, are sounding mightily yummy I have a big, round hangy-belly, that's soft and squishy like jelly While fattening snacks I must decline, I find Dennis' friendship most divine!
Oh, goodness! Does Skeezy know about this crush you have on his lady love? I fear that he might break out his ginormous mussels an' stuff might happen. Be careful, Dennis!
Dennis is in a complete Daze over Daisy...he can't eat (much) or blog, he just wants to Daisydream...er Daydream about Dennis & Daisy... Daisy N' Dennis
Dennis, I think you could take your poetry to a new level. You need to write from your authentic "inner cat" though. Perhaps a creative writing workshop for rogue felines.
Dennis Teitelbaum was born on March 31, 2000 in Kiryas Joel, NY.
Dennis was born a Satmar Hasidic cat, but lost the faith when the Grand Rebbe Moshe died in 2006, and the succession feud began.
Dennis adopted a son, Edward, on June 29, 2008. Dennis became disenchanted with Edward in 2009.
Dennis adopted a son, Henry, on August 7, 2010. Dennis became disenchanted with Henry a few months later.
Dennis began having health problems and increasingly bad attitudinal attacks. Dennis spent much his last years passed out in a cupboard. Dennis left this world in September 2011 to join the Grand Rebbe in another world.

That is a nice poem for Daisy. Cheese sticks sound very yummy.

oh. and ooh. and awwww. And the little pic of Daisy. oy. the strings they snap in my heart, Dennis.
Try a bit of French with Daisy. Suave like this:
"le chat de la voisine
qui mange de la bonne cuisine
et fait ses petits ron-ron
sur un bel édredon"
(it's a song but you don't have to tell her, no I won't tell her either)
P.S. May I blogroll you now that you are a poet?
absolutely brilliant poem...completely sublime.
if this doesn't win daisy's heart, than she's not worthy....
